Read this before your first use. Your safety is more important than any routine.

WATEYA Vibe Plate is not a medical device. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, implanted medical device, blood clot risk, recent surgery, severe osteoporosis, epilepsy, vertigo, acute injury, or any condition that may be affected by vibration. Results and experience may vary. Start low and build gradually.

Use on a level, non-slip indoor floor

Place the vibration plate on a level, non-slip indoor floor with adequate clearance around the machine. If needed, place an exercise mat underneath to help protect carpet or other flooring and reduce noise.

Always start at the lowest speed

Begin at speed level 1 for your first session. Increase gradually over multiple sessions.

Keep knees soft

Never lock your knees while standing on the plate. Keep a gentle bend to reduce impact on joints.

Stop if you feel unwell

Immediately stop use if you feel dizzy, nauseated, unsteady, or experience any unusual sensation.

Keep children and pets away

Never allow children or pets to stand on or near the vibration plate while in use.

Check before each use

Inspect the power cord and platform surface before each use. Do not use if damaged.

Keep away from water

This is an electrical device. Never use near water or in damp environments.

Limit first sessions to 5 minutes

New users should limit each session to 5 minutes until their body adjusts to vibration.

Use barefoot or wear athletic shoes

Use barefoot or with appropriate athletic shoes. Do not use the vibration plate while wearing socks alone, slippers, loose sandals, or high-heeled footwear, as these may increase the risk of slipping.

Usage guidelines.

Recommended session length

5-10 minutes per session. Beginners should start with 5 minutes.

Recommended starting speed

Speed level 1-5 for new users. Build gradually across multiple sessions.

Surface and clearance requirements

Place the vibration plate on a level, non-slip indoor floor with adequate clearance around it. If needed, use an exercise mat underneath to help protect carpet or other flooring and reduce noise. Do not use outdoors, on uneven floors, or on elevated platforms.

Automatic program time

Each preset automatic program runs for 10 minutes.

After use

Step off carefully. Hold a stable surface if needed. Allow your body to stabilize before walking away.

Overheating protection

Allow the machine to cool before reuse if overheating protection is triggered.
