Your order is an offer to purchase products from WATEYA. We may accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including product availability, payment authorization failure, pricing or product information errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, unsupported destinations, or violation of these terms.

Prices, promotions, discount codes, and bundles may change without notice. Taxes and applicable fees, if any, will be handled according to the checkout display and applicable laws.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. WATEYA uses secure checkout and trusted payment processors. We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders if payment cannot be verified, if a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, or if fraud-prevention systems flag a transaction for review.

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. WATEYA currently ships only to eligible physical residential or commercial street addresses in Canada. Eligible orders are fulfilled from participating Amazon warehouses in Canada. Published shipping options are Free Standard Shipping and Express Shipping, subject to availability. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Lost packages, damaged shipments, misdeliveries, and related remedies are handled according to applicable law and WATEYA's customer-support investigation process.

Returns, exchanges, refunds, replacement support, and warranty support are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and Warranty & Support Policy. Contact WATEYA before returning any item so we can confirm the applicable authorized return address and provide return authorization and instructions. Do not send products directly to an Amazon fulfillment center, overseas warehouse, or our registered business address without prior authorization.

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, social-media submission, photo, video, or other content specifically for publication, promotion, review display, or other public use, then, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy, you grant WATEYA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, edit, translate, distribute, and adapt that content for reasonable website, brand, and marketing purposes, subject to any specific permissions or restrictions communicated at the time of submission.

This license does not apply to photos, videos, images, recordings, documents, or other materials submitted solely for customer support, troubleshooting, returns, refunds, warranty claims, shipping verification, delivery disputes, or product-condition verification.

Such support-related materials will not be used in public advertising, paid marketing, testimonials, social-media promotions, endorsements, or other promotional content without the customer's separate and explicit consent.

Feedback that is not submitted for public use may be used internally to improve products, services, support, and website operations, but it will not be presented publicly as a customer endorsement without separate permission.

Except for the express warranties stated in our Warranty & Support Policy and any warranties required by law, the website, content, products, and services are provided on an "as is" / "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WATEYA disclaims implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WATEYA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from a product purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product at issue.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive mandatory consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable Canadian federal, provincial, or territorial law, including mandatory protections that may apply to consumers in Quebec.
